[Astor Theatre, Liverpool] Tragically Hip fans across the country are uniting! All across Canada, thousands of people are gathering in parks, stadiums, waterfronts and theatres to watch the closing concert on the Tragically Hip tour.
On Saturday, 20-Aug-2016, CBC is broadcasting this show LIVE, from one end of the country to the other. The Astor Theatre is paying tribute to this iconic group and their fans by live streaming this concert. With our state of the art surround sound system, this is the place you'll want to be for this event.
The concert starts at 9:30 pm, and we're organizing a fantastic pre-party event from 7:30 until show time. The Astor cash bar will also be open.
All proceeds from admission go to the Canadian Cancer Society.
