Port Medway History Show: The Medway Through Time

The Port Medway History Show is a well researched and richly illustrated history of the area of the lower Medway River. Founded by retired Lakehead Prof. Robert Whitelaw and McGill historian Suzanne Morton, the 2025 show is called, “The Medway Through Time”. 

Events

Queens County Fair 2025

The annual Queens County Fair runs for five days from 16-Sep to 20-Sep-2025 with Draft Horse Show Classes and Pulls, Oxen Classes and Pulls with log yarding competitions and a relay race for the oxen.
The Light horses compete in riding classes as well as gaming classes.
Several Farms bring their beef cattle to show off their product.

There is something for all ages to enjoy while helping to celebrate our local agricultural Heritage.
