    Festival of Trees & Dickensville
    Liverpool, NS
    The Queens County Museum invites you to come in and enjoy over 30 creatively decorated Christmas trees. Try some of the fruitcake and hot cider while you are strolling around. George Mitchell has graciously displayed his life like village to remind us of the times of Charles Dickens and Scrooge. This is a must see for the whole family. Admission is free! Santa will be waiting to see you on Saturday afternoon, Dec 1st, from 1-3

    Parade of Lights
     Liverpool, NS
    Come celebrate with our community; come back to a time of candle light, song and the true spirit of Christmas. Together, we will begin with the lighting of our Christmas tree at the Town Hall Arts & Cultural Centre. We will then take a candlelit walk to the waterfront at Centennial Park.Here we will observe the traditional Mi’kmaq families in canoes paddling down the Mersey with their torches burning high, they will join the Native Council of NS at the great fire pit. Following the lighting ceremony, we will be lighting up Christmas trees along the waterfront from sponsored businesses while we enjoy hot chocolate, cookies and listening to Christmas carols

    The 9th Annual Liverpool Fire Dept Christmas Parade
    Liverpool, NS
    The parade will start at Queens Place, traveling through Downtown Liverpool ending at Court Street.
    Festivities will follow at Queens County Museum every year
