DST-1In most of the United States, Canada, and Mexico’s northern border cities when local daylight time is about to reach Sunday, 3-Nov-2019, 02:00h (2am) clocks are turned backward 1 hour to Sunday, 3-Nov- 2019, 01:00h (1am) local standard time instead!

Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour earlier on 3-Nov-2019 than the day before. There will be more light in the morning.

Is it Daylight Saving Time or Daylight Savings Time?
