The term “spring forward – fall back” is meant to trigger your memory to set your clocks forward one hour in the spring at the start of DST, and one hour back in the fall when DST ends.
In most of the United States, Canada, and Mexico’s northern border cities when local daylight time is about to reach Sunday, 6-Nov-2022, 02:00h (2am) clocks are turned backward 1 hour to Sunday, 6-Nov- 2022, 01:00h (1am) local standard time instead!
Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour earlier on 6-Nov-2022 than the day before. There will be more light in the morning.
The next Daylight Saving Time starts on 12-Mar-2023.

This will make the March Full Moon, traditionally known as Worm Moon, look bigger and brighter, especially during moonrise and moonset. The Moon will look full for a while, so if the clouds clutter your view, just try a few nights before or after.
