The Spring/2018 road maintenance of our FoxCreek community roads Medway Harbor Dr and Old Kettle Rd (local) has been completed today, 16-May-2018.

All residents are urged to help prolong the smooth conditions of our roads by following a few simple guidelines:
– though the roads are one lane only, try to drive on the right as much as possible to avoid build-up of ruts,
– pot holes are inevitable over time. Avoid driving over pot holes, particularly in rain, to slow down the expansion of the holes,
– stick to a speed limit of 30kmh within our community. This not only helps the roads but also minimizes wear & tear of your car.

Please note: it will still take a couple of sunny days for the top layer to dry out. Only then we can remove the few remaining bumps.
